Xero HQ is the place where Xero accounting and bookkeeping partners manage their clients’ information.
On 14 March 2020, between 17:00 – 21:00 UTC, we’ll be performing system maintenance on Xero HQ to help us bring partners even more helpful tools and features in the future.
What does the work mean for accountants and bookkeepers?
During the maintenance, you can view all client details in Xero HQ. However, you won’t be able to add new clients and contacts, or edit their details within Xero HQ. You can still access all your client Xero organisations by clicking ‘Go to Xero’ from the client list in Xero HQ.
After the maintenance is complete, you can use Xero HQ as you’ve always done. No other areas of Xero will be affected.
