Nick Pasquarosa, founder and CEO of Bookkeeper 360, joins us this week on Xero Gravity. He’s on a mission to empower small business owners to upgrade their daily processes through technology.
“When you invest in a technology that can really unify different departments, it allows for financial freedom. It also provides relief from having to manually perform those tasks,” says Nick.
Nick shares his tips on using technology to automate processes like generating financials, organizing documents and consolidating approval systems. He also shares how implementing a proper ERP system helped one of his own clients grow their revenue from $500,000 to $30 million in just a couple of years.
As a small business owner it’s important to understand what aspects of your business require your expertise and what you can delegate to others. Nick explains that it’s critical to take a step back and assess the unique needs of your business. This way, you can set up the proper technologies to make things run smoother, better and faster.
“You can’t be a master of all things. You clearly can’t wear every hat. I’ve learned that your time is inventory. It’s the most valuable commodity in the world.”
