These nominations show the team’s drive to always improve on the experience we offer our customers. It’s also a testament to the culture that we foster across all of our global CX team.

About the UK Customer Experience Awards
The UK Customer Experience Awards has become one of the most important events in the calendar for CX professionals across the UK.
Since it’s launch seven years ago, the UK Customer Experience Awards has grown and is now attended by representatives from over 150 companies in many sectors and disciplines. The winners are from organisations of all sizes from across a broad spectrum of industries.
Our Customer Experience team looks at every aspect of what we do and asks the question: “How can we make this interaction beautiful?” Everything we do is to constantly improve the experience that we offer our users. We empower our team to look at what they can do to make each interaction one to be remembered. It’s an interesting concept to describe the customer centric culture of a customer support team, but we get asked all the time what makes us different. We can honestly say it comes down to the people. Our people are passionate about doing what’s best by the customer.
Being finalists in the UK Customer Experience Awards is a reflection of this and recognises the world-class customer experience we strive to deliver.
We love helping our customers get the best out of Xero. We’re always here if you have a question. We always feel the love from our customers, but it’s still great to get the recognition and to put an official stamp on what we do. We set out to be different, but we also take pride in having real Xeros looking after our customers.
We work hard globally to deliver a world-class experience. It’s great that the passion of our team has been recognised by the UK Customer Experience Awards. We’re super proud of the team and the huge contribution they make in answering our users questions and for being such a large part of our global CX family.
