Fees are determined by the size and complexity of your business however the following is a broad outline of some common businesses:
Small business with turnover of less than $100,000, $1,200 per annum plus GST and disbursements
Investment entities with portfolios of shares, bonds or term deposits, less then $200,000 invested, $1,200 per annum plus GST and disbursements
Rental properties – 1 rental property $400 plus GST
Rental properties – 2 rental properties $700 plus GST
To help you with cash flow we prefer to have our fees paid monthly with a final wash up balance payment when you year end financial statements are finalised.
We will guarantee you:
- Access to a director or associate within 2 hours of your phone call
- 24 hour turnaround on email queries
- Draft financial statements within 20 working days of receiving your records – special conditions apply
- Free GST returns when we prepare your annual financial statements
- All IRD filed on time if we receive all your information at least 48 hours before the filing deadline
