There have been a lot of exciting changes happening over the last few months, and we’re excited to welcome Jenny Sheng and Dion Eade, WorkflowMax Account Managers, into the New Zealand Small Business Team. With their extensive knowledge of job management, they’re a superb resource for our partners to tap into, to add value to their clients.
Jenny Sheng, Account Manager, WorkflowMax
Jenny has been with Xero for nearly two years. She first used WorkflowMax as a sales and production assistant at a custom jeweller, where she ran the store’s production through WorkflowMax. She’s also had her own business for a few years, so she can relate to our customers – their triumphs and frustrations – very intimately.
“The best part of my job is when I hear how WorkflowMax actually makes a difference for small businesses.”
You’ll see her at Xerocon Brisbane and our upcoming New Zealand Roadshows – so make sure to say hey and even grab a selfie with her!
Dion Eade, Account Manager, WorkflowMax
Dion’s did an Economics and Finance degree at University and worked in sales at a Digital agency, before moving to Xero. He’s been with us for 12 months, and just come back from his first Xerocon in Atlanta, which he said was awesome!
“Xero is an amazing place to work. It’s unusual to be in such a large company but still feel like you’re in quite a small tight knit team.
Why WorkflowMax is great for Partners
Dion and Jenny look after new trialists and are working closely with our Xero Account Managers to develop a robust Partner network.
“The best thing WorkflowMax offers partners and their clients is job profit visibility” – Jenny Sheng
If you’re considering WorkflowMax for your clients, some of the key benefits are:
- Powerful financial analysis with a suite of customised reports.
- Ability to track time, costs and profitability, from quote through to job and invoice
- Staff allocation feature, gives more visibility over workflow, team productivity and capacity
- Manage business on the go, from anywhere with everything in one system
- Competitive pricing so it helps small businesses to keep their costs down.
And of course it works beautifully with Xero, with robust customer support standards, and ongoing product development.
