This month our Ecosystem Partner of the Month is TSheets.
TSheets is a leading time tracking app that allows you to track timesheets from any location using any device in real-time. It removes manual data entry for time cards and allows users to quickly review and approve timesheets.
Its robust feature set includes a ‘Who’s Working’ widget, scheduling, GPS tracking, and reporting in addition to its time tracking functionality.
What stands out about TSheets
The TSheets team built a very deep integration to both Xero Accounting and Xero Payroll. It provides a full solution for any Xero customer’s time tracking needs, whether it’s for paying employees using Xero Payroll or invoicing a client for billable time using Xero invoicing.
TSheets’ skilled engineering team was responsive and identified gaps in Xero’s APIs that ultimately pushed the Xero team to add to and heavily improve upon the features and functionality of both the Accounting and Payroll APIs.
The TSheets marketing team has been one of the most organised and detail oriented that Xero has worked with – they had a huge presence at Xerocon San Francisco, being mentioned multiple times on stage, engaging Xero accountants, and drawing large crowds to their booth with big raffles and product demos.
An integration with TSheets and Xero allows you to:
- Easily approve and send timesheets to Xero, eliminating double data entry
- Track time against various projects and clients can then be seamlessly added to an existing Xero invoice, or you can even create an entirely new one directly from within TSheets
