Michelle Mortlock

Michelle started her Chartered Accountancy career in Tauranga in the 1990’s.

After a couple of years in the UK and a few more years in Auckland she moved back to Tauranga in 2010 with her husband and 2 children.

With her extensive knowledge base Michelle is also known as the rescuer, having saved many business’s by installing new accounting software, training staff or implementing internal processes. She is developing a network of contacts and likes to connect her clients with mutually beneficial contacts.

Throughout her career Michelle has dealt with a number of industries including manufacturing, wholesalers, retail.

Michelle looks forward to expanding the practice in the Bay of Plenty region and providing great service to the clients she represents.

Allan Spice

Allan has been a Chartered Accountant for since the early 90′s. The first 8 years as a company accountant for a Swedish owned multinational engineering company, gaining experience installing software systems, setting up inventory and costing systems and establishing ISO9001 quality system.

Since then he has been in public practice with a special interest in Agriculture especially farming and also provide a no “B-S” approach to small business offering affordable fixed price fees with no charges for phone calls or meetings. I pride myself on not just doing clients tax returns but actually working with them to grow their wealth, assisting with IT, obtaining funding, strategic planning and assistance with marketing.
